Canada — Online Orders & Shipping
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. Within Canada we ship via UPS, and are happy to offer next-day shipping within the GTA through Mile1 courier service.

International — Orders & Shipping
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. International orders are shipped via DHL with duties and taxes prepaid at checkout. Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees*.

*Please note that tariffs, duties, and taxes applied to your order are determined by your local government and customs authorities, not by Absolutely Fabrics. These fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and the manufacturing country of the item. International shipping is managed by our external logistics partner. Available destinations are determined by them in compliance with international trade laws.

Online — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Please note, we do not offer refunds on shipping or duties prepaid at checkout. Duties paid will need to be claimed through your local customs agency and it is up to their discretion to issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned to us unworn, with all tags attached and with original packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, email customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com with your order number and list of items you will be returning or exchanging. Subject to approval, you will be provided with a prepaid DHL shipping label to drop off at any DHL location within 7 days of issue. Please note, all returns incur a $35 shipping fee to cover the costs of your return shipping. This will be deducted from your return amount. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned back to you. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com.

At this time, exchanges follow the same process as a return. You will need to place an order separately for the item you wish to exchange. Please note, the only way to guarantee stock, is to complete your purchase. We cannot hold product for exchange.

Should we suspect that an item has been purchased for unauthorized use in any capacity, we reserve the right to deny the return, should one be requested.

Damages
Upon receiving your order, please review and contact us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. Where possible, include images of your package and any damages for review to expedite the claims process.

Preorders — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
To secure a preorder item, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retail price plus applicable sales tax is required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance — including shipping, duties (if applicable), and any additional sales tax — will be due once the item arrives in-store. 

All preorders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified. We are unable to accommodate changes to size, style, or quantity once a preorder has been placed.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to the designer’s production schedule and may change.

In the event that a designer cancels a style, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

SHOPMY AFFILIATE POLICY
This policy outlines the rules addressing the use of Absolutely Fabrics on ShopMy affiliate storefront and commission platform. It applies to every creator we partner with, effective immediately upon posting links,
generating sales or signing a partnership agreement. Violations may result in loss of commission, removal from the program, and loss of opportunities.

No Self-Purchase for Commission
• You may not use your own ShopMy affiliate link, storefront, or account to purchase products for yourself, your household, family members, or anyone acting on your behalf.
• Commission may only be earned on purchases made by genuine third-party customers who discovered the product through your content, link or storefront.
• This applies regardless of intent — even if you plan to keep the product, gift it, or return it later, purchasing through your own link to collect commission is prohibited.

No Bypass Through Other Offers
• You may not ask friends, family, assistants, or other third parties to purchase on your behalf through your link in order to route commission back to you.
• Sharing your affiliate login or link with someone for the purpose of generating self-benefiting sales is treated the same as a direct self-purchase.

Accurate Representation
• Promote products in an authentic and accurate manner. Do not misrepresent a product's performance, price, or availability to encourage engagement or sales. If any product details are unclear, please contact our team or refer to our website before sharing content.

No Manipulation of Sales of Metrics
• You may not use coordinated groups or fake accounts to inflate clicks, sales, or commissions.
• Discount codes and links provided to you are for your genuine audience only and may not be shared on non-approved sites unless approved by Absolutely Fabrics.

Acknowledgement
By accepting an invitation to our ShopMy storefront or continuing to use your affiliate link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy. We reserve the right to audit affiliate activity at any time and to make final determinations on suspected policy violations.
