Shipping & Returns
Online orders are eligible for refund, providing the you contact Absolutely Fabrics to initiate the return within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com. You will then be provided with a shipping label for the return to be dropped off at any UPS drop point. The parcel must be dropped off within 7 days of the date the label is issued to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Stylists borrowing items for shoots, events, et al. must request approval by emailing info@absolutelyfabrics.com
Should we suspect that an item has been purchased for unauthorized use in this capacity, we reserve the right to deny the return, should one be requested.
Exchanges
Reach out to us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com if you would prefer an exchange over a refund. We will happily work with you to get you an alternative size or style if what you ordered didn't work for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@absolutelyfabrics.com.
In-store Purchases

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store, and your item will be returnable for exchange or store credit.
