Shipping & Returns


All items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise specified).

We offer free local pickup and free standard shipping within Canada. 

We ship throughout Canada and the US & all shipments are tracked. 

We offer same day/next day delivery within Toronto with Mile1 couriers for an additional fee. Orders over $300 are eligible for free courier delivery within Toronto. 

Absolutely Fabrics is not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders, or items damaged in transit. That said, get in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

Discount codes may not be applied retroactively.

Online orders are eligible for refund providing that you contact Customer Service to initiate the return within 7 days of receipt. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These pieces include but are not limited to bodysuits, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Please email if you would prefer to exchange your item. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

In-store Purchases
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store, and your item will be returnable for exchange or store credit.
