Canada — Online Orders & Shipping
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. Within Canada we ship via UPS, and are happy to offer next-day shipping within the GTA through Mile1 courier service.

International — Orders & Shipping
Online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. International orders are shipped via DHL with duties and taxes prepaid at checkout. Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.

Please note that tariffs, duties, and taxes applied to your order are determined by your local government and customs authorities, not by Absolutely Fabrics. These fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and the manufacturing country of the item. International shipping is managed by our external logistics partner. Available destinations are determined by them in compliance with international trade laws.

Online — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Full-priced merchandise purchased online. Eligible for a refund, provided that you contact Absolutely Fabrics customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com, within 7 days of receipt of goods to initiate your return.
Full-priced merchandise purchased on a promotional discount (Ex. Buy More, Save More, Canada Day, etc.)  Eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
Final Sale Preorders, end of season merchandise marked as “Sale,” private sale merchandise, socks, intimates, magazines, vintage, gift cards and any merchandise discounted 50% or more.


Please note, we do not offer refunds on shipping or duties prepaid at checkout. These will need to be claimed through your local customs agency and it is up to their discretion to issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned to us unworn, with all tags attached and with original packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, email customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com with your order number and list of items you will be returning or exchanging. Subject to approval, you will be provided with a prepaid DHL shipping label to drop off at any DHL location within 7 days of issue. Please note, all returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee to cover costs of your return shipping. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned back to you. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com.

Damages
Upon receiving your order, please review and contact us at customerservice@absolutelyfabrics.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item. Where possible, include images of your package and any damages for review to expedite the claims process.

In-Store — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Full-priced merchandise purchased in-store or on promotional discount in-store. Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in-store in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. To be eligible, visit us in store with your original receipt as proof of purchase.

Preorders — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
To secure a preorder item, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the retail price plus applicable sales tax is required at the time of purchase. The remaining balance — including shipping, duties (if applicable), and any additional sales tax — will be due once the item arrives in-store. 

All preorders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified. We are unable to accommodate changes to size, style, or quantity once a preorder has been placed.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery window at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines are subject to the designer’s production schedule and may change.

In the event that a designer cancels a style, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

Stylists
Stylists interested in borrowing items for photoshoots, events, and more, must request approval by emailing info@absolutelyfabrics.com.

Should we suspect that an item has been purchased for unauthorized use in any capacity, we reserve the right to deny the return, should one be requested.
